Mumbles Community Council is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our brand-new café team at the Underhill Hub. We’re recruiting for two key temporary roles:

Café Manager – £14.13 p/h
Full-time | Temporary Contract | Including weekends and evenings

As Café Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of the café, supervise staff, manage stock and suppliers, and help create a warm, welcoming space for the local community.

Essential: Previous management experience in a café or hospitality setting, food safety knowledge, team leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

Café Assistants – £13.05 p/h
Temporary Contract| Flexible shifts | Including weekends and evenings | Minimum 16 hours/week

You’ll be the friendly face behind the counter—taking orders, serving food and drinks, keeping the space clean and tidy, and supporting community events.

Essential: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, basic food hygiene awareness, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Location: Underhill Hub, Mumbles
