Mumbles Community Council is seeking quotes for the delivery of Mumblesfest, in line with the attached brief.

Mumbles Community Council ("the Council") invites suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to submit a Quotation for the delivery and management of MumblesFest, the Council’s flagship community festival. MumblesFest is a well-established community event celebrating local culture, music, food, family activities and community participation, delivered for the benefit of residents, local businesses and visitors to Mumbles.

The Council has approved a maximum budget of £28,000 for this event. While quotations up to this value will be considered, it is anticipated that submissions will be significantly below this figure, unless there is clear evidence that the proposal offers exceptional quality, added value, and fully meets – or exceeds – the requirements of the brief.

Quotations will be assessed on a quality and value-for-money basis.
