Volunteer Litter Pick Mornings:

We will be running volunteer litter pick events this summer on the last Saturday of every month. The aim is to clean a new location every month, and we would love to hear your suggestions for areas to prioritise within the Mumbles. Events will start at 10:30 am each month.

Litter sticks, bin bags and hand sanitiser will be provided. However, please bring your own gloves and sturdy shoes. Please wear a facemask to the events, if you are able to.

If you need any assistance with reaching this site, or have any other questions or comments about our environmental events, please contact the Environmental Engagement Officer at: Jasmine.Weedon@mumbles.gov.uk. Alternatively, contact us on Facebook: @MumblesCommunityCouncilEnvironmental.

Please let us know if you are planning to attend through emailing our Environment Officer or contacting our Facebook, if possible, as this helps to know how much equipment to bring.

Our Next Litter Pick Event:

Join us for a beach clean at Langland, 26th June 2021.

The event will run from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The group will be meeting at Langland, near to the Surfside Café at 10:30am. Please wear a facemask to this event, if you are able to. Litter sticks, bin bags and hand sanitiser will be provided. However, please bring your own gloves and sturdy shoes.

Any comments, queries or suggestions of future locations? Please contact our Environmental Engagement Officer: at Jasmine.Weedon@mumbles.gov.uk.
