Friends of Oystermouth Castle and Swansea Yarnbombers got together to create a wonderful display at Oystermouth Castle last week. A flowing river of knitted and crochet poppies cascaded down from the parapets of the castle in honor of all who served.

Friends of Oystermouth Castle will be setting a competition with all proceeds going to the British Legion for the person who gets closest to calculating the exact number of poppies included in the display. The prize being an exclusive private guided tour of Oystermouth Castle with a glass of bubbly, followed by a Joes Ice Cream.
